Shipping & Insurance
At GoldClub Direct, domestic orders over $175 are shipped and insured for free, while orders below $175 will be assesed a flat rate of $9.95*. Customers can upgrade their shipping method while checking out should they opt to upgrade from the normal free shipping and flat rate options. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Currently, GoldClub Direct only ships to domestic U.S. addresses, APOs and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to mail forwarding stores and UPS or USPS facilities is prohibitied.
GoldClub Direct utilizes UPS or USPS as the default carriers. While the carrier varies per order, standard shipping methods generally select the most appropriate carrier based on the location. Most orders and contents are eligible for multiple shipping upgrades during checkout.
Shipping and insuring precious metals can be headache with so many variables. At GoldClub Direct, we take the worry
away! Security and discretion of our customers products is imperative to guarantee the contents arrive safe and
sound. Your products are securely and professionaly packaged, first being wrapped in protective wrap before being
placed in a shipping container along with additional packaging materials to ensure the products do not shift during
transit. In some instances a secondary box is utilized for additional protection.
Tracking a Package
Once an order is placed through GoldClub Direct, you’ll be able to track the progress almost immediately. When your order has shipped, an email link will be issued to the email address associated with the account. Tracking information is generally available within 24 hours of receiving the link. GoldClub Direct customers are able to track their package from our facility, all the way to their doorsteps or vault. All package require a signature release, although you may elect to request this is waived during checkout in some instances.
GoldClub Direct is dedicated to ensuring our customers satisfaction and spare no expense when it comes to shipping,
covering and fully insuring each and every package. In the rare instance an order is damaged or lost in transit, you
will be eligible for a reshipment or full refund. This policy is specific to orders in transit, and once the order
