At GoldClub Direct, barring the trigger of a Form 8300 requirement, sales transactions are not required to be reported to the IRS or any other federal, state or local agencies.
Item Exchanges, Market Loss and Cancellation Policies (2)
Subsequent to a purchase from Gold Club Direct, an order confirmation number is issued and the price guaranteed. While the order and transaction are not eligible to be canceled, they are able to be offset at the current ask price. Should an order be cancelled or returned, you are accountable for any deficit between the price at which Gold Club Direct sold the item(s) to you and the offsetting purchase price. Additionally, no further orders will be processed until any deficit payment is settled/completed. Gains in the market on returns or cancellations will remain the property of Gold Club Direct. Gold Club Direct reserves the right to charge market loss fees to any credit card you have on file, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Gold Club Direct’s return and exchange policy is limited to three (3) business days from the date you receive the item. Please contact and notify Gold Club Direct via chat or email, and telephone at 800-700-4715 within three (3) business days from the date you receive the order and follow the instructions provided to you at that time. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All taxes, as well as return shipping costs, including insuring your return shipment are your responsibility. Gold Club Direct may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not follow these rules. Shipments returned to us will not be held more than 5 days. Gold Club Direct expressly reserves the right, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Returns and refunds are subject to Gold Club Direct’s Market Loss Policy. All market gains on refunds and returns belong solely to Gold Club Direct.

In an effort to limit fraudulent intercepts and activity, No, packages can not be picked up.
- Should the package require signature, multiple delivery attempts will be made. Should no one be available to sign and receive, the package will be returned to GoldClub Direct for further assessment.
GoldClub Direct Ships insured with the United State Postal Service and UPS.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. At this time, GoldClub Direct only ships to domestic U.S. addresses, APO’s and P.O. Boxes.
Depends on payment method:
- Credit/Debit billing and shipping address must be the same for risk prevention purposes.
- PayPal shipping address must be a PayPal verified address
- Bankwire/Crypto(bitpay) may be shipped to any valid address*.
