Gold Club Direct’s return and exchange policy is limited to three (3) business days from the date you receive the item. Please contact and notify Gold Club Direct via chat or email, and telephone at 800-700-4715 within three (3) business days from the date you receive the order and follow the instructions provided to you at that time. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All taxes, as well as return shipping costs, including insuring your return shipment are your responsibility. Gold Club Direct may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not follow these rules. Shipments returned to us will not be held more than 5 days. Gold Club Direct expressly reserves the right, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable.
