Subsequent to a purchase from GoldClub Direct, an order confirmation number is issued and the price guaranteed. While the order and transaction are not eligible to be canceled, they are able to be offset at the current ask price. Should an order be cancelled or returned, you are accountable for a $35.00 fee and any deficit between the price at which Gold Club Direct sold the item(s) to you and the offsetting purchase price. Additionally, no further orders will be processed until any deficit payment is settled/completed. Gains in the market on returns or cancellations will remain the property of Gold Club Direct. Gold Club Direct reserves the right to charge market loss fees to any credit card you have on file, in its sole and absolute discretion.
