Are there discounts for specific payment methods?
Yes, we offer discounts for specific payment methods. When buying with crypto, you will receive a 3% discount on your order. When buying with a bank wire, you will receive a 4% discount on your order.
How do I pay with Bitcoin
You can place an order using Bitcoin by adding your desired products to your cart. Follow the checkout process once you’re ready. As part of the checkout process, choose Bitcoin under the Payment tab. The pricing will be adjusted to reflect the 3% bank wire discount. Once this is complete, you will be directed to bitpays’ payment processing page. You will then have 15 minutes to initiate payment through your preferred crypto wallet. Once verified, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be delivered to your inbox with further instructions.
How will I know if my payment was processed successfully?
Your payment will be confirmed via email once it has been successfully processed.
Do you accept cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin?
At this time, GoldClub Direct only accepts Bitcoin.
Can I change my payment method once ordered?

Can I pay by paper check?
At this time, we do not accept paper checks as a payment method.
Do you have minimum and maximum order requirements?
There are no minimum order requirements on GoldClub Direct. For credit/debit and PayPal payments, the order maximum is $20,000. For Bitcoin payments, the order maximum is $250,000. For bank wire payments, the order maximum is $450,000. For orders over the online threshold, please call in to speak with a trader.
Why am I required to put my credit card information for a bank wire payment?
GoldClub Direct requires credit card information for a bank wire payment as a security measure. The credit/debit card locks in the price, verifies the customer’s identity, and provides security for any changes to the order, such as the implementation of our market loss policy on a canceled order.
How do I place an order using bank wire?
To place an order using bank wire, first add your desired products to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, under Payment Method, choose bank wire as your payment option. Pricing will adjust to reflect the bank wire 4% discount. You will need to input cred/debit card information to lock in the price while the bank wire is initiated. A $1 authorization charge is released once payment has been received.
