On the reverse face of the Peace Silver Dollar is an American bald eagle perched at the apex of a mountain, grasping an olive branch with its talons. The reverse also includes inscriptions of “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.” Also engraved on this face is the face value of $1.
